How do leads work?
When a homeowner submits a contact form on your listing page, we deliver that inquiry directly to your notification email. On the Free plan, inquiries go only to our site administrators.
What are lead credits?
Lead credits let you receive additional leads beyond your monthly plan quota. Buy a 10-credit pack for $50 at any time. Credits never expire.
What is exclusive geographic placement?
With an exclusive placement, your listing appears first for a specific state, city, and/or service type combination — above all other featured contractors. One placement is included with Premium; additional placements can be purchased.
What's the difference between Listing Audit and Listing Sync?
Listing Audit ($10/mo) provides weekly automated scans and a health score dashboard showing NAP inconsistencies across Google, Yelp, Bing, BBB, and Yellow Pages. Listing Sync ($29/mo) adds on-demand scanning (up to once per hour) and email alerts when your health score drops. Both require a Pro or Premium plan.
How often are listings scanned?
All Listing Audit and Sync subscribers get automatic weekly scans. Listing Sync subscribers can also trigger manual scans anytime (limited to once per hour per listing).
Which platforms do you check?
We check five platforms: Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing Places, Better Business Bureau (BBB), and Yellow Pages.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel your subscription any time from the billing portal with no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Your listing is always free. You only pay when you want leads delivered to your inbox.
